    Our wedding packages include venue rental, white polyester linens, white napkins, 9 hours total time, banquet chairs, tables, cutlery, glassware, and an operations team to service.

    Yes! Honestly, that’s what we suggest! There is no better way to celebrate your big day than by having your ceremony and reception at the same location. It makes it easy on your guests — and, most importantly, easy on you. Contact us and ask about our wedding packages that offer both.

    Yes, we provide a list of preferred vendors who have consistently delivered exceptional service to our clients. These include florists, photographers, musicians, and more. You are welcome to use vendors from our list or choose your own.

    While not required, booking accommodations at our resort for your wedding guests is highly recommended. Our luxurious rooms and suites offer convenience and comfort, allowing your guests to fully enjoy the wedding experience and the beautiful surroundings of Colorado Springs.

    To schedule a tour of our wedding venues, please contact our wedding planning team. Once a custom proposal is sent over to you, they will arrange a convenient time for you to visit and discuss how we can bring your vision to life at Garden of the Gods Resort and Club.

    Yep! We always have contingency plans in the case of severe or extreme weather. We’ll move it to one of our stunning terraces or an indoor space so the ceremony can proceed as planned. We don’t want you worrying about the weather on your wedding day. Leave those worries and solutions to us!

    To secure your wedding date, a deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is paid in payments with everything due before your wedding day. Our wedding planning team will provide you with detailed information about payment terms and schedules.

    Absolutely! Our catering team is happy to accommodate specific dietary needs and preferences. We offer a variety of menu options, including vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free dishes, ensuring that all guests have a delightful dining experience.

    We do not require a wedding planner or coordinator but highly encourage you to have one. Your Garden of the Gods Resort and Club Catering Manager will be an important part of many aspects of your wedding to ensure a beautiful and successful event, but will not be available to assist with vital wedding details.
