Our expansive Fitness Center at Garden of the Gods Resort and Club provides you with inspiring and innovative ways to stay fit and active — all while enjoying breathtaking mountain and Infinity Pool views. Strata Fit is housed in over 10,000 sq. ft. of multiple use space within the resorts campus.

Located within the main resort and adjacent to the Gateway Building, Strata Fit features floor-to-ceiling windows and high ceilings, and includes:

Frequently asked questions

Youth Policy Children under 13 are not permitted access to Fitness Center, steam room or indoor hot tub. Children 13 to 16 may workout in the Fitness Center with an adult. Children 17 and over have access to the Fitness Center. Children 13 – 16 must be with a parent/guardian to utilize the indoor hot tub.
Fitness Class Process Free to attend for members and guests. No sign up required, first come first served until capacity is reached.
